The day-in-the-life video on this website’s home page is the work of our long-time photographer Jasper Sanidad.  For several weeks Jasper  hung around the office slipping in and out of meetings, appearing around corners, quizzing the designers:  “What are you doing today?  Can I go along?”  For a period it was not at all strange to be sitting in the conference room with Jasper perched atop a ladder shooting the proceedings from overhead.  “Don’t look at the camera,” became a phrase almost as common in the office as, “Who’s ordering food?”

Before he was done, Jasper had shot literally hours of footage– in the office, at job sites, at home with Verda in her studio, out on the streets– hours of footage that he then cut into two-and-a-half minutes of  concentrated O+A-ness.  The resulting video introduced Primo and Verda at their NeoCon keynote address in Chicago (a full account of which will be posted here soon).

As a representation of what it’s like to work here– the spirit of the place and the always moving crush of activity– Jasper’s video is spot on.  Hey, HBO, are you watching?
